A full service family restaurant is right across the street, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A courtesy vehicle for the use of transient aircraft crews isprovided. Catering and car rentals can be easily arranged at our customer service desk. Niagara Falls is only minutes away.

Line personnel undergo extensive formal training in every aspect ofaircraft ground handling and fueling procedures. These procedures include:
- All IAG Line Techs have passed NATA training
- Aviation line service fundamentals
- Aircraft cleaning and handling
- Advance service procedures
- Passenger baggage handling
- Boarding and grounding aircraft procedures
- Marshalling inbound and outbound aircraft
- Compliance with F.A.R 139-Fire Training, Security and Safety
- HAZMAT: Hazardous Materials Recognition
- Aircraft specific deicing procedures
- Driver training for operations on runways and taxiways, in conjunction with the Airport Director’s Office
- Customer satisfaction training
- Commercial fueling procedures/ major airlines
- Military training in accordance with MLSTD 1548C
- Aircraft specific towing training
- Onsite Car Rental
- Recurrent Ground Security Coordinator training to meet FAR 107 and 108 requirements.
